The SASS® Texas State Championship

SASS selected our club to host the 2005 SASS Texas State Championship and we did it!!  The weather was great and we had some kinda fun.   Yea Haw!  We had us a JAIL BREAK!! 

I would like to thank everyone who made this match possible.  There are so many of you and my brain is only soooo big--so here it goes:  Thank-you to SASS for selecting our club and starting this thing we call cowboy action shooting.  Thank-you to the shooters for coming out and supporting this match.  Thank-you to the Sponsors and Vendors who donated great door prizes and give-aways, especially the 21 guns!!!  Thank-you to all of the volunteers that worked their boots off making everything run perfectly.  Thank-you to all of the range workers who have contributed to the building & painting of the range.  Thank-you to the Justa Kitchen volunteers for cooking and serving some really great food and fresh coffee!!  Thank-you to Crossfire Rafe for locating so many great Sponsors for this match.  Thank-you to Moose and B.J. Salty for scoring this match.  Thank-you Forest Shadow for compiling the Shooter's Book-great job!!  Thank-you Justa Hand and TX Alline for starting the Club and having a vision for a really great SASS Club that so many can come and enjoy.  Finally, thank-you to Scrounger.  Wow, how do I say this.  Scrounger does so much for the club it is difficult to just say thank-you.  Words seem so small.  Scrounger you did such a great job with the range......  THANK-YOU!!!
